Let me tell you about Sonnet Cove after living here for 6 months. Yes, the apartments are big. But maintenance is a joke! Management is disorganized at best. You ask them to fix something and literally it takes 17 days to fix it. I counted. My washer leaked and my ceiling fan didn't work. After 4 calls to the office over a 17 day period, the work was completed. This is the reality of Sonnet Cove. If management spent less time taking smoke breaks and more time staying on top of things, maybe it wouldn't take 17 days.
The lake is nice but what is not so nice are the surroundings. Trashy can best describe the landscape. The dock that's supposed to be in the lake resides on the shore because Sonnet Cove hasn't paid it's water rights in years. The dock is in shambles and the volleyball courts are covered in weeds. Not to mention the volleyball nets are torn, ragged and are badly in need of replacement.

You get what you pay for, it's cheap but trashy. People throw their cigarette butts everywhere and I've never seen anyone pick up their dog crap. Car break-ins are frequent and you can usually see broken glass all over the parking lot. A van with broken out windows and BULLET HOLES (NO LIE!!!) has been sitting by the lake ever since I moved in. Again, white trash city, but cheap!

This is the reality of Sonnet Cove, if you don't believe me, come drive by and take a look at the "beautiful landscape and lake". Nice try management. You are outnumbered here. Keep posting your false reviews.
