WARNING: Do NOT sign a lease here. I lived in Sonnet Cove for two years and had nothing but trouble from the management and maintenance. The maintenance staff was very inappropriate with both my roommate and me (we are college women, and the dirty old men of the maintenance seemed to like young ladies). Besides making me very uncomfortable on numerous occasions, the repairs were outrageously slow. The wall in one of the bathrooms needed repairing and in the two years that I lived there, it never got repaired. I asked for a safety bar and screen for my bedroom window so that strangers couldn't climb in at will and that request took over 30 days to fill. The management messed up our rent 5 different months, leaving threatening notices on our door that we had not paid rent, when we had paid in full. Their accounting staff needs a calculator, their records are terrible, for 3 months straight they tried to overcharge us on rent. I moved out over two months ago and I still have not received my security deposit. I got a notice stating what they owe me, but still have yet to see a check, and when I tried asking about my money, the staff was very nasty and short with me. Don't let them fool you if they say they are under new management because they get new management about every six months and all four managers that I dealt with in my time there were awful. Save yourself - go somewhere else!!!
