SONNET COVE DEOS NOT PAY ITS VENDORS

My name is Chad Moren and I manage Scheller's Fitness and Cylcing in Lexington, KY. I was contacted by Sonnet Cove apartments in April 2004 to diagnose various problems they were having at their fitness room.We provided service for Sonnet Cove's fitness room 4/5/04, 4/30/04 and 5/24/04 and have still not been paid. I have called the office staff, who direct me to corporate, who direct me to regional managers, who direct me to property managers. I have left messages for Rick Graff, Toni Fitzsimmons,Laquicia Jones, Jack Cornacio,and Steve Hamasaki. As of 11/12/04, I have receive NO replies from anyone at Pinnacle. The service we provided was never disputed. When I was able to speak with a human being I was told " It is crunch time, we are paying selectively".I sincerely hope someone in authority reads this and contacts me(859-276-1071)so we can receive payment for our services.

Sonnet Cove Apartments terminated my daughter's employment. Upon the termination, they accused her of breaking a lease that was automatically terminated at the end of her employment and turned her over to a collection agency without notifying her that she allegedly owed a debt. When she asked for documentation of the alleged debt, they provided her with falsified information. We have been told by an attorney who reviewed all of her documentation that she file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division and file a claim in small claims court. We have proceeded with all the recommendations. We believe the bogus collection action was not only illegal, but a retaliation on her because she called the Human Resources Department of Pinnacle Properties to discuss her suspect termination of employment. If anyone else has experienced unfair treatment with regard to thier leasing or employment practices and would like to know how to pursue action against them, please post a review on this website and I will give you the information.

I am a resident of the Autumn Run Apartments in Louisville, another Pinnacle property. I won't go into the details of my situation, but they are so serious that I would like any information that may assist me in my effort to ensure that no one ever has to go through what I have endured over the past few years.

Just moved in to my first apartment EVER!!! YAY.....I'm free. Love it here! Love the staff. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in. Great place to live!!!!!!
