Worst Living Situation I have ever endured

This place is amazing. From the lack of sound proofing to the lack of hot water! I have been at Sonnet Cove since August or 04 (its now 2/05) and I have been without hot water at LEAST two days a month.
The ceiling in my place screaches with every step the guy upstairs takes. I complained about it two days after I moved in. Its and easy fix, has it been done? Hell no! The guy across the hall has two large, out of control dogs which bark all day and night. I've been chased by them, snarling at my heels twice and one neighbor almost had his small dog eaten. The guys music and bass is so loud that I can hear/FEEL it in my place! I've written a letter about that and had it signed by several neighbors. Has anything been done? Hell no!
Going to your car? Have fun dodging dog crap and cigarette butts that people fling from their windows.
If you enjoy no hot water/no water at all, hearing ever noise outside your door, not sleeping due to creaky ceilings and paper thin walls, and the over-all WT living experience, MOVE TTO SONNET COVE!
