I have had no air-conditioning for a month because they said they are too busy. The pool is still not open and should have been open a week ago, but they said they are too busy for that too! What are they working on then' The excercise room is in terrible condition. Half of the machines don't even work. Only one of the tanning beds works and it barely does that.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in, and believe me I have lived in apt. complexes all over the country. I have had a stopped up sink for a month and have called continuously for a month to have it repaired. One has no right to be on the lake because Sonnet Cove has not paid their dues for years. There is a family of 14 --------- living in one apt. opposite of my apartment. I completely disagree with the tenant said there were never shootings, the gunshots here never have stopped practically since I have moved here. We were ripped off for years paying for rub fees and NEVER re-imbursed for those payments. Drugs run rampant and the gang mentality here is atrocious. Folks are constantly letting their children run wild in the steets and parking lots unattended. I've lived in govt. subsidized apts. in the past that were in better shape and better maintained than these apartments that are way over priced for what they are. Moving here was a big mistake and I can not wait until my lease is up here
