Overall, not my personal first choice, but a solidly good one thus far.

The appartment complex is a tad more expensive than it needs to be, however the spacious units makes up for this. I was really holing out for a townhome, however just out of budget. This seems to be a good choice thus far... however have only been there a total of DAYS. On the ground floor so hear my heavy-footed upstairs neighbors, and their baby (oh joy). Parking is indeed a concern... with only barely enough for the tennants, let alone a guest, or a roommate's vechile. The surroundings will hopefully become beautiful come spring. Carpets old, and walls a tad bumpy from perhaps hundreds of paint coats, but knowing I can have the freedom to re-paint any color is a fun prospect. Overall, not my personal first choice, but a solidly good one thus far. Security is non-existant... so upset there, but optimistic that things will be okay. Apparently all the bad managers have either been fired or are better, since I have had only good encounters thus far.
