this place is awful. save yourself the time and energy of moving by choosing another place. we have not had hot water for a week now. when we do have water its orange and changes temp. we go complain about something new every month. the noise is horrible seems its section 8 living and the managers here are awful, nothin gets done. we have been requesting a fire extingusher for 6 months now. still dont have one. the first week we lived here we had no appliances at all, no electric for the first few days and couldnt flush a toilet cause it made the pipes leak above our head. nothing was compensated for. all we get is a very unsympathetic apology. when complaining about the hot water they told us to boil water and fill up our tub. this is a third world country, this is sonnet cove LUXURY apartments. thats no luxury. DONT LIVE HERE.

As a staff member I would like to respond to these ludicrous accusations. First of all I want to explain that this person actually INSISTED upon moving into the apt. when FULLY AWARE that there were no appliances or electric, and that it may be days before the electric would be turned on and the new appliances to arrive. I would also like to address the issue of no hot water for FIVE days; unfortunately a hot water main broke, and the maintenance staff worked nearly around the clock to repair the break. Management DID infact compensate this person. We have not received any complaints from this resident about noise, therefore we can not address the issue unless we know there is one. All other issues have been addressed. I would like to extend our appreciation to the OVER 100 other residents; that also went without hot water; for their understanding and gracious tolerance - THANK YOU

Yes id like to respond to THESE ludicrous accusations. first of all the reason that "this person" insisted on moving on was becuase they were given a move in date and this move in date two days before they moved they changed on us. so they were basically homeless becuase of them. thanks. and then every day was something different, carpets, repairs, etc. however when THEY moved in THEY still had dirty carpets and required lots of repairs. also the electric was promised to them , but the electric company had it turned off which i will admit was not sonnet coves fault . HOWEVER, if your running a business you need to know these things. many things are promised just to sound good and be nice but they are just empty promises. you will find this out first hand if you live here. and its very hard to get ahold of the staff to report problems and seems they have no after hours services i have made SEVERal complaints to the local non emergency police number in the phone book. and yes all other issues have been addressed if you consider saying , its a known problem and im sorry addressing an issue. notice they didnt say they resolved the problems? they just addressed it. also the air and heat they "include" is controlled. so you have to open your windows in the winter becuase the heat is so high and then the air doesnt get turned on untill mid may. however its super nice and cold in the leasing center. the tennis courts are run down, no nets, the excercise room is no longer 24 hours because of vandalisim and half the machines dont work in there anyways, there are empty beer cans and trash laying around in there, and the tanning beds are cracked and dirty. however they have addressed these problems as well. not resolved them. or even worked on them. oh and sometimes when you take a shower the person next apartment over loses there water and they bang on the wall untill you turn off your shower. and this is in several apartments not just ours.so get used to taking quick cold showers. with orange water.
