well... lets see... I'm not much of a writer, but here is my list of complaints... please excuse any bad spelling.
--The heating and cooling is on a boiler/ cooling systems, which means leagaly they have to keep the heat on till May 15. not their fault. But, they can switch the ac on at their descretion. In the office, they do think that it's hot on a 75 degree day, but when you are on a 3rd floor apartment, its pretty effin hot. Especially when you have young children. Why shopuld this bother the office employees' they dont have to live here!
--The trash.... yuck. These dumpsters are never emptyed! I have no idea why, but the Dumpster is almost always over flowing with trash and in the summer the smell is awful!
-- The maintenence crew!!! Why does it take 3-4 months to have things fixed''' Maintenence is included in EVERYONE's rent, so why can't things get fixed in a timely manner''
--The mold.... I have mold all in my vents in my apartment. It took 3 times for it to be cleaned because the cleaning jobed was half a**ed.
-- The parking!!!! Why cant we just have parking stickers''' There are some tenants that have 4 or 5 cars!!!! So those people who have the normal 1 or 2 have no where to park!
--The women at the office are so unconcerned its semms with any issue in the apartments. They will make you beleive everything that goes wrong is your responsibility. Weather it be a clogged drained of it someone's ceiling is leaking.
--- Absolutly no security at all. Down by the lake, children are ripping up fences, digging trash out of the dumpsters, breaking into cars, and vadilizing peoples boats. They say they are "fineing the parents" well... I guess they never heard of eviction notices. They are quick to give you one for being a day late on rent though... beleive that!
--all the repairs and regular maintanence (most people call "routine" or "preventative") does not get done. The pretend in the office that they are filling out work orders for things, but obviously the are not. It's funny... all the work that these apartments need, they were real quick to put new vinal siding up on the office, that no one lives in and looked fine to begin with. If someone drives to the "lake front property" they will be disgusted. I know of government housing projects that look better and cost way cheaper. For 600-700 a month, I should have to see delapidated buildings. They are under investigation right now by code enforcement. Why these apartments havent been condemned or recieved a heavy fine I will never know. These apartments have the potential to be really nice and if they were renovated and fixed, rent could go for a hundred bucks more a month. But the owners of this property dont see that. And to every review that says people are being cry babies and complainers, they must live close o the office. If you just drive by te property you will see, the further away from the office, the more "raggedy" the apartments.
