This is the most horrible apartment complex in Lexington. The maintance staff here is unreliable and lazy. Everytime there is a problem it takes them over a week to fix it. There have even been times when someone from maintance has told me that they fixed the problem but it was not fixed and they did not leave a maintance sheet stating that the problem was fixed. My dishwasher has been leaking for over a week and no one has come to fix it.
The office staff is rude and lazy. If you drop your rent check into the mail box after 9a.m. then it is not collected unitl the next day. No one checks the box after 9a.m. Due to this and their laziness, your rent is considered late.
When you move in you are given a parking pass for each person living with you that drives. The people in the office claim that towing is enforced, but that is not true. There was a blue Chevy Blazer parked in the front of our building for two weeks without a permit and nothing was ever done when I called the office about it. If you ever come in after 10 o'clock at night be prepard to park at least 2-3 buildings away from where you live. While you are walking back to your apartment you will pass many cars that do not have a parking permit. Basically you will have to park farther away so that someone without the valid permit can park right infront of your building.
The street has become a play ground. There are several kids that like to play in the street. They like to play football infront of all of the cars. I have seen this kids hit someone's car with a football while a member of the office staff just stands there and watches.
There is no such thing as a tennis court here. When you drive by it looks like a tennis court but it has been turned into a basket ball court. The vollyball court has also been turned into a play ground and a beach to some.
There is a cost to rent a club house...well sometimes there is. For some people it is a $50 deposit and it is $150 to rent it. But not everyone has had to pay to rent the club house. When I rented the club house to have my bridal shower one of the members of the office staff decided to give a tour of the place right in the middle of my shower.
There is no fitness center! It is just a room that has broken machines in it. It has been under construction for what looks like years.

The fitness area is nice, and I have seen cars getting towed. Things must have changed
