Not great but not the worst

I currently live at Spring House and after reading the other reviews I would have to agree with everyone else about the pitfills of living here. Parking can be okay as long as you come home before 7pm. Otherwise plan on finding a spot next to the clubhouse. I haven't had a whole lot of trouble with maintainence yet. Just call the office and tell them its an emergency and that your problem could cause damage to other units and things get fixed faster. I am a little concerned over how ghetto the area can be. I worry about my car being broken into during the weekends when there seems to be a hoard of people just loitering about outside. The inside of the apts could be spruced up a bit. New linoleum in the kitchens and bathrooms and especially new appliances. Just a lot of little things that make this far from what it could be. But it's not as bad as some of the other places I've looked at. Hopefully the new manager will lose his butthead attitude and maybe start making some much needed improvements instead of cracking down on us tenants. (Note: Hey Lance, just remember that being all tough with us about rent is only gonna make us start expecting to get everything we pay for. Hope you are ready to finally provide it) The rest of the office staff is nice and tries to help you out when they can. Overall, not too bad for the money and good luck finding something better that's affordable.
