My main problem is the tiny waterheater. I can only take a 2-3 minute shower and you have to adjust the temperature every couple seconds. But not too much, or else you'll run out too soon. It's ghetto. There were too many problems to name with my apartment. It was not clean at all when I moved in and I had to spend 2 months fixing all the stuff that should have been fixed before I got here. It's not worth the money. Nice staff, nice community, nice location, but the apartments suck! I can hear my neighbor coughing up a furball every morning and what seems to be him dragging something across the floor every 5 minutes....I haven't figured out if it is a dead body or some mating ritual. My water smells like sewage. I'd name more problems but I'd rather them not know who I am.
