I provide services to relocating families. Last week I accompanied a new physician to Springhouse Apartments (at his request). Springhouse is not one of the apartments I typically include.
I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the property, particularly the common areas. The hallways were filthy, carpet on stairways was littered with clutter and frayed and was probably a safety issue.
The apartment itself has been painted but the carpet had a large burn hole and several smaller stains...they were offering a reduced price.
Needless to say, in addition to these negatives, the leasing agent had a bit of an "attitude."
We chose to go elsewhere.
