Springhouse so far has been a great choice for me. The leasing staff was super nice. They were very helpfull with my move in process in every way. All I had to do was ask. They addressed each of my issues in a timely and polite manner. I looked at other communities before choosing Springhouse, and if you want to commit on snooty. I was not at all treated bad at Springhouse. They were respectful and professional and made me feel welcome. They seemed like they loved the place and that made me want to be apart of the community. My apt. has all the nice things I needed and wanted. As far as the other peoples comments on here (I totally disagree) my Springhouse experiance has been a great one. Maybe these people got back what they give out. ...HAPPY RESIDENT

I agree with your report. I too was treated very good by the staff. They made me feel welcome. Any concerns I have had they have addressed those. I think they are working very hard to improve the community.
