When we first moved here 2 years ago, it seemed like a great place. Three management changes and multiple unfixed problems later,I would not recommend this place to anyone! Maintenance takes their time fixing problems...sometimes it could be a few days, sometimes a week. When we moved in we were told a problme with out floor would be finxed within 3 weeks...Two years laster we are told it can't be fixed WHILE we are living here!!
Our neighbor insists on blaring his music and TV at ALL hours of the day or night...we have gone as far as to complain about it to the regional office..nothing is ever done because managemnt is friends with this person, and WE are being unreasonable...never mind the constant barrage of unsupervised kids in and out of this building at all hours of the day and night, well past curfew. In the past 2 years this place has gone downhill and it's only going to get worse from here due to the quality of the renters. Rent at your OWN risk!!
