I have read the reviews and totally disagree. I moved in Jan. 06. The staff has always treated me very nice. They have been be reponsive and professional each time. I think they are making a lot of nice improvements to the property. The new blacktop is nice. The flowers are very pretty and the pool is a very nice place to relax and tan. My apartment is a great value for the money. The new maintenance staff is very reponsive. The issues listed by others I have never had while living here. I think Springhouse is a nice place to call home.
