I have lived at springhouse for 1 year now. I am renewing my lease, I really like it here. The community has made a lot of improvments since I moved in. My hallway has new carpet and paint, and the parking lot was paved. They are also doing more resident fuctions which I enjoy attending. Pretty nice folks on the staff, I have had only good communication with them so far. I like Springhouse and at this point I would recommend to anyone looking for a good apartment.
