I have lived at Springhouse for a few years, I just renewed again. They up-graded my appliances and cleaned carpets. Each month I get a service visit offer. The office staff has been nice to me. Our hallways look nice with the new paint and clean. The last poster said the used to live at Springhouse and in the past there was alot of work needed. Seems they are on the right track these days.

I agree with this post as a resident of 1 year I have seen some nice changes here too. Granted parking it difficult on Sunday nights when everyone is home. It seems this place stays pretty leased up all the time. I am a graduate student at UK and I have lived in a couple of places around Lexington, I have to say I like Springhouse out of all the other places I have lived here. When I rented my apartment I was worried if I had made the right choice. I am happy I picked here, the staff here has been nice to me, and they have taken care of any issues with my apartment in a prompt manner. I like the new changes I have seen. I agree with this person's post above. It's a nice place to live overall.
