Springhouse is really working hard to get the place fixed up. My hallway has new carpet and paint. I had a work order in the other day for my dishwasher to be repaired, after that was completed I received a follow up call from the office asking was my service good and did I need anything further. I really have to say I have seen some nice changes for the good. So far I really like my place, and I am going to renew. Nice staff both maintenance and leasing office. I would recommend the apartments to family and friends.
