There are new faces, friendly ones, wow, at the office and the maintenance crew. I couldn't be happier.
The next day after this new company took over, they remodeled my balcony and the new manager got me a a new dishwasher. (My dishwasher has been broken for 3 months, and I asked the old mgr. multibple times for it to be fixed). I must say I am impressed with the much needed changes and all the new people.

Blame not getting a new dishwasher on the maintenance staff who was lazy ...because if tracy had known you needed a new dishwasher it would have been got.
