I moved here last year and it was fine until new management came in it took a full week to get my air conditioner fixed after it got struck by lightening and the maintence staff wouldnt even answer my call after hours i live on the 3rd floor and it was the middle of summer my windows were painted shut and because they removed the screen around my porch i couldnt go outside for relief because of the horrible pigeon problem my porch furniture is completely ruined. I put in my notice to move and they charged me 400 dollars to stay for 10 days until the house was ready and i only pay 580 for the whole month these new people dont make sense at all its horrible. People get crazy in the parking lot at all hours of the night and the walls are very thin. The floors and carpet are cheap!!! Definately would not suggest living here
