I have never written a review before but I feel that I have to on this one. Steeplechase is NOT a good place to live. The appliances are old and I had to get half of them replaced or fixed. The place is small with no patio, its very noisy, there is no sound buffer so I can hear my neighbors and they can hear me. Parking is horrible. Landscape is awful.
Jennifer from the office staff was extremely rude to me. I stayed my full lease and gave a 30 day notice and I have to stay an extra 2 months because I didn't give the notice on the first of the month. The apartment that I'm in is worth like $400 and I am paying way more then that, I have not caused any problems for them and they are screwing me over.
I've lived in 3 apartments so far and this is by far the WORST!!!! Do not move here! You will regret it. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
