when I moved to Lexington I did not know where to live. someone from work send me there. not having time for shop around I moved in Steeple Chase. I did not have any problem with the maintanence they were on time and fixed it right. After my lease ended I signed a new one for every 3 mtns. it was told me that the rent will remain same. Well, even they raised my rent after 3 mnts of renewing it, they wanted another raise. I felt like they never care about people, all they care about money. never been in tanning bad but nothing works in fitness room. for that much rent you are not getting too much. Before you move in shop around.
