In reading the reviews, I have to say I agree with the most recent one. I mean, after all, apartments are apartments and even new communities have problems. What people should focus on is how the situations are handled in the spectrum of things. I think that Christy and Jennifer always strive to go above and beyond the call of duty. People need to realize that they do everything they can even though they are under the constraints of a cooperation. Anyone who has ever been affiliated with a coorperate structure can understand that. Even though Casey is new, he constantly keeps up with residents to make sure they are happy, and in a 3 month period, already knows most of the residents. I think the office staff and maintenence truely care about us as residents (from birthday phone calls to resident parties) and that makes a world of difference. I would diffinately recommend this place for anyone.....and if your just another fussy guss and looking for the taj mahal, then move to the taj mahal. If your not, then Steeplechase is your place!
