I have been a long term resident of Steeplechase and I have to say that I am shocked at some of the reviews i have read. The management staff at Steeplechase is wonderful. They are always nice every time I go to the office. My rent is late almost every month due fact that my social security check comes on the third Wednesday of the month. The manager has always worked with me & has been extremly understanding. I have never had a problem with maintenance either. They always come out and fix whatever my problem is in a day or two. I am just shocked at what I have read and I wanted to let everyone know that most people who live here are extremly happy.
