I must say that I am a little suprised from the current reviews also. I have not noticed any of the mentioned problems. I have lived here for 2 months and have been happy. The office staff has been heplful and friendly. They helped me find the perfect apartment for me and even in the price range I was looking to stay in. Maintenace is also friendly and my apartment was in great shape when I moved in. I also really like the DVD library that free thats a plus.
