I've never lived in an apartment complez before and as this is my first experience, I have very high expectations. While everything seems to be in order; there are only a few problems I'd like to see change.
I feel that there needs to definately be an updated renovation to the grounds and the outside of the buildings. The whole color of the complex is my first request, that blue color is old and outdated. Also the stairwells are rusted and seem unsteady. There are cracks in the window treatments, chips in paint and the siding is becoming "bubbled." I also do not like the fact that every night that I come home I do not have a place to park and the parking lot is very dark and hard to see.
However amid these suggestions the office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. And the inside of the units are BEAUTIFUL, but you just wouldn't know it by looking at the outside. So if they could take the time to add a few shrubs here and there, fix some buidling problems and a new coat of paint and the whole apperance and attitude of the community could be changed!
