Check your local Sex Offender Registry. You will be surrounded by Sex Offenders. They are in this complex and there are approximately TEN in the adjacent complex off Bainbridge.

I am the manager at Steeplechase and the writers of the review and the response are incorrect in their statements. There are no sex offenders at Steeplechase Apartments. A criminal background check is conducted on all residents and any prospective resident with a felony on their record is denied residency at our community.

If you did a search on offenders in ANY neighborhood you would find them. The area that they are saying has 10, I find it hard to believe since it is a property managed by the Lexington Housing Authority and they cater to families, so if there are that many you need to direct your concerns to the Housing Authority. I personally think that living at Steeplchase is Awesome! Where else can you have your apartment with custom tiled floors, beautiful carpet, new appliances, swimming pool, tennis courts, courtesy officers on property and be somewhere that is SO pet friendly! I am telling everyone I know to come out and apply!
