I pay rent every month, and tell the when I pay rent that I need the same repairs I needed last month, They do come out to fix them, but they do not know what they are doing, it has to be redone every month, I have even told them how to fix it. they still haven't gotten it right. I have never felt as if I were bothering anyone as badly as the office staff anytime I need anything other than to give them money, they will take my money, but getting anything fixed takes a fit! The buildings look like they are going to fall down. I have complained about the same things over and over to no avail. The mantnece spends all day watering the ugly flowers, and never fixes anything! I have never seen the buissness center they advertise, the internet doesn't exist either.
