Used to live here a while back and moved in with a roommate who was renting a house. After two years searching for a great place to live I came back to Steeplechase because I liked it here and I haven't found anywhere else that I like better in Lexington. The staff is super friendly and tries to accommodate you with whatever you need. My favorite maintenance guy is still here. And the new property manager is multilingual which is just cool. I'm glad I came back. Best decision I made in 2008. Make a new years resolution to come back to Steeplechase or to try it for the first time. My best friend is and I get $200 off my rent for bringing him here. (That helps considering the economy right now)
