We have lived here for two years now and it has been a very nice place. The apts are older, but are well kept. The maintenance is excellent and we have never waited more than 24 hours for a request. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The only problem I have is guest parking. They pay a local tow company to come thru to check for stickers and they will tow ANYONE. The tow company will even watch your guest unload their luggage from their vehicle with out-of-state tags, and tow within fifteen minutes... the time it took for the guest to get back out to the OPEN parking space to move the vehicle... guests have to park on the street, which on a friday or saturday night... GOOD LUCK... Just a warning. If you work for a tow company, the IRS or are a repo-man you probably would want to hire these guys... my opinion.. the apt. management should fire them.
