My husband and I have been living at Stoneybrooke for 4 months now and think it is a fine place to live. The rent is fairly cheap and there are pleny of nice ammenities. We rarely hear our neighbors and have never had any trouble at all with parking. I like the idea of covered parking without charge (many other places charge for this!), the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub, fitness center and use of office equipment. The office staff has always been extremely helpful in any request we've had (& are there on weekends!!) and maintenance always performs services within 24 hours of our call. The apartments are rather spacious with a nice 2-room bathroom, living room/dining room, walk in closet and equipped kitchen with tons of cabinet space. Our utilities bill has averaged around $40/month and I like our cable. They do have some odd rules about cable however so be aware that it is through a cable company they have a contract with and satellites can be problematic in many apartments due to the trees and other apartment buildings (which actually provide privacy, however). I would say that these apartments are not the most luxurious in that they really don't "go the extra mile"; the carpet is just okay, the paint (inside and outside) isn't the nicest and some of the appliances are older but really it is still a nice place to live. But if you are looking for luxury, I suggest looking elsewhere. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
