Stoney Brooke has affordable rates, decent amenities, but when you have a problem, and you will, the office staff is not the least bit helpful. When we moved in, we were promised that we would be able to get high speed internet, but a week after we sign the lease, they said "im sorry, there is no way for you to get any internet except dial-up". Then, our apartment was massively flooded, and the office staff regarded it as something we intentionally did to make money from, not wanting to help us out a bit. Three weeks later, the apartment still has major damages from the water (mold, drywall, carpet) that have went unrepaired, and will stay unrepaired until we move out. If you are looking for an apartment community that cares about its residents, look elsewhere.
