Unless management changes, I wouldn't live there again.

If you like having your rights and privacy kicked to the curb, then this is the place for you. Would you like some examples' I personally witnessed local management give a third party pest control company a ring of master keys and allowed the pest control person to enter each tenant's apartment without any supervision from the apartment complex. Another example' Sure. My girlfriend was home alone and in the shower when the maintenance person decided to let himself in so that he could "check the serial numbers" on my washing machine. Needless to say, that DID NOT constitute an emergency situation in my opinion, and I was quite angry. When I confronted the management office about that, the girl just laughed and said that they have the right to enter my apartment anytime they feel like it. Wrong! Apparently they aren't playing by the rules of the Kentucky Landlord Tenant act - no judge in their right mind would deem their excuse "an emergency." Long story short, there are plenty of apartment complexes in Lexington - if the same people are still running this place, go find somewhere else to live. You'll be much better off. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
