No Way - This place is falling down

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Don't even think about moving here. You'll regret it for the rest of your life. The whole place is falling down and the people in the office are completely clueless about anything. If you talk to the manager, you'll swear she's some sort of robot. Call and see!
