The apartment itself is in great shape. Lots of room and storage. As you come into the property it is impressive. Then you go into your part where you live in and it needs some help. Some of the exteriors are in need of some repair. The car-ports need some serious painting as well as the balconies and patios. Mulching other areas as well would help. It seems the owners only care about what you need to see when you go to the office. To keep this as an attractive rental they will need to spend some money on these areas soon.
