I moved into Stoney Brook in Jan 05 and all in all it has been an good experience. The location is great. The office staff is courteous and helpful as is the maintenance staff. The only issue I have reported, which was a burned out outdoor light bulb, was repaired the next day. This complex is relatively quite. You hear the occasional loud stereo but no more than you would hear in a residential neighborhood. The biggest positive of the complex is the safety. Several police officers live in the complex giving residents a feeling of security.

The only negatives of the community are the apartments themselves. The apartments are dated and could use new trim and a few creature comforts but they are great for the price of rent you pay. The whole place could use a minor face lift (i.e. new paint and minor repair),but overall a good place to live. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
