I moved to Stoneybrook three years ago and there have been a few questionable incidents over here but this tops it all. They did a diservice to their customers and their tenants by towing 16 vehicles from the parking lot Sunday Night(weekend). My grandmothers car got towed as well as numerous other tenants guests. Most of the people that live here are proffessionals and are good paying tenants. What will this do when the your lease is up for renewal.

First of all, you really need to pay attention to "Visitor Parking" if your guests are going to come visit! I mean, really, I live at another apartment complex, and it really makes me mad if idiots don't know how to park in visitor parking when they don't even reside here! Therefore, it makes total sense that vehicles were towed on any night of the week! You really need to rethink what you are talking about before you go writing a bad review for something that could have very well been prevented if you just used your "visitor parking!"

I currently live at Stoney Brooke and have returned home after working all night to have finds tenants' guest parked in my ASSIGNED car port. I understand the frustration of being towed, but it is clearly outlined in the lease agreement where tenants and guests are supposed to park. If the guests had used the parking stickers that Stoney Brooke requires and parked in the designated areas, they would not have been towed.
