This is the 2nd worst place I have ever rented! It looked okay at first and it is very convenient. That is until you run the AC or heat. My place never gets cooler than 74, even at night. It runs all the time. I think the heat is worse by never keeping it warm. Thankfully, I like it kinda cool. The point is that the apartments are not insulated at all. I'm serious, there is no insulation in the walls and just a little in the attic. You can hear people barely talking outside through the walls.

The staff is crap. And I'm being nice. When my car was damaged from paint that dripped off the carport, they had the attitude of "what do you want us to do about it'" After I showed my a** and caused a fuss, they finally paid. This happened a year after another one of my cars was backed into by one of their illegal alien contractors. $800 worth of damage.

I also had to make a scene to get the tennis court nets put up. The weight room is a joke. It is painful to look at. I agree with all the other people that had something negative to say about this place.
There is so much to gripe about, but you get my point. I tell everyone I see not to rent there.

Why have I stayed' I'm finishing college and worked out of state most of last year. I have too much stuff to move that will have to moved again. So, it is just a "put up with until I graduate" mentality.

this guy is clearly talking out of his ass oops sorry, but really with in that past year they have done considerable upgrades, plus I am sure he was well compensated for his troubles, and besides he never had the tennis court nets installed maintenance did it, I saw them do it. So he lied.

Ok... whoever posted that last response was probably employed by Stoney Brooke. It was probably Krissy or one of the management staff. He didn't say he installed the tennis nets personally, dumbass. He said he had to stay on Stoney Brooke management to have it done. And the upgrades are a joke. They've done superficial work to make it look better, but nothing is actually better. The places are still dumps, and the staff are still that of what you would find working in the projects.
