I am a med student at UK and have lived in a couple different apartments in Lexington while going through school. Stephanie leased to me last year when she was first coming on as property manager. She was very helpful and not over pushy while I was trying to make my decision. I moved in and I love it! I live in a two bedroom two bathroom. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, a pantry, and a bar. The living room is very spacious and away from the bedrooms, giving me a little more privacy when having company over. The amenities are great! They have a fitness center with new equipment and its open 24 hours, which is awesome with my busy schedule. I love the indoor pool! It's wonderful to know that even if it is snowing outside I can go for a swim. Stephanie and Sam are very helpful in the office, whether it is checking on a package for me or putting in a service request. Maintenance is always done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would and have recommended Stoney Brooke to my friends. I hope this helps anyone that is looking for a new apartment and has any questions!
