I have been at Stoney Falls for four years. During that time, I have seen nothing but improvement. The grounds alone are very well kept and are beautiful in the spring and summer. The property has won top beautification awards two years in a row from the Lexington Apartment Association. Their staff has been together for several years. They also were awarded the overall team award last year by the Lexington Apartment Assoc. The prices are very competitive with the area. No mult-housing guarantees security, however, there are less instances at Falls than other areas. Their is a courtesy office on site, however, he cannot act as security only courtesy. I do see other improvements needed, however the staff is always trying to improve the property plus always very pleasant and helpful.
