Some drawbacks, but overall pretty good

I'm almost to the end of my lease at Stoney Falls and I'm movign out, but not because I was disappointed in Stoney Falls. I'd re-up in a heartbeat. There are some drawbacks, sure. The cabinets in your actual apartment aren't nearly the quality as in the model home, but that's just looks. We haven't had any problem with them. Our main problem was that the utility room kept getting flooded, either because the pipes froze or because the apartment above us leaked and it seeped through. Also, the utility bills ran us $200 in the winter months for a two-bedroom, but we were told that before we moved in. It helps that we were on the first floor (third floor apartments have cathedral ceilings), but for a while we had noisy neighbors above us and a thin ceiling. Our appliances are great, though; we haven't had any problems with them. No problems with the carpeting or anything else, though. I liked the variety of equipment in the gym; the only complaint is that when the seats needed replacement on a couple of weight machines, it took longer than it should have. For the price, though, I thought we got a great deal. Parking was never a problem for me, and I get home late at night, when most everyone is already home. If there were any security/safety problems, I never noticed them. I wouldn't hesitate to sign again.
