Although it may say resident refferal $200 make sure you find out the rules and regulations. I must say the manager was very unprofessional and rude. If you have a pet, plan on replacing the carpet under any circumstance. They do not tell you but I will let you know that if you have a pet and move out they will inspect your carpet w/a black light if any things shows up you must pay to repair the entire apartment. Parking is a nightmare, cable is horrible, and most of all bluegrass energy is veryvery expensive!

I completely agree with you. I am going through all kinds of crap right now with my pet. A CAT! like a cat will go to the bathroom on there Stupid carpet!!!! office staff and management suck!!!
