The last post is so correct about the pet thing. I have lived at SF for 4.5 years and asked to transfer to a larger apartment. They "inspected" my carpet and claimed I have pet urine stains... the carpet is almost 5 years old, then when I told them it was not possible because me dog is kept in a kennel they accused me of being a liar. as well, the staff who inspected left the keys to my apartment hanging in my door- all day and all night. I then found out from Lacy that they replace the carpet every 5 years anyway, so I guess they thought I should foot the bill for them. After much complaining with the regional management I am finally leaving without paying any damage fees. The staff is not what it used to be... I can say I would no longer recommend stoney falls.
