I had a third floor two bedroom apartments here. It was fairly nice; however I did have a few problems.
First when we went through our walkthrough before signing the lease we didn?t shut the door in the master bath to check the small space between the door and bathtub. The day we moved in we realized there was no wallpaper on this area. It looked awful, and was never fixed, I can only assume that if we didn?t notice it at first no one else could either.
Second, one day I opened one of the drawers in the kitchen and the front fell off. The whole front of the drawer. The wood just crumbled into pieces.
Third, the ceiling fans (at least on the 3rd floor where there are vaulted ceilings) are not secularly attached. We were afraid to use them.
On the plus side, we never had any problems with the staff or maintenance and parking was awesome.

Must a leasing consultant, anybody that says the parking is good, and management awesome, your know they are lying. They will be nice until you sign the lease.
