Anybody that states that they love it must work for the complex. Before you think about living here's a few things to consider. Maintenance will only responded in extreme condition, fire or water pouring from the walls,then they'll only do what is absolutely necessary and leave you a huge mess that you will have to clean. Then you will be charged for it when you move out, in which they automatically keep your deposit especially if you walk through the inspection.

The manager has air between his ears, and if you are female, he will intimidate you to no ends.

A little story about the electric. I moved two months prior to my lease ended and still kept the electric up, with only the refridge running I received a $60.00 bill one month and $80.00 bill the next. I couldn't believe it.

Parking is a nightmare. However the pool and clubhouse are nice. But once you sign the lease, forget about the workers being nice again.
