These people are bastards. They cannot live up to par but they sure expect you to. I have been living at stoney falls for 21/2 years. This place is a joke. I cant wait to leave this place. I was one day late on my rent and they sent me a paper to go to court for evection. What a joke. A squirrel got in my fireplace and when I told them about it they told me they would call pest control. I left town and when I returned, the squirrel was dead. The smell was horrible. When I finally did get maintenance to come to my house they made my roomate get it out of the wall after cutting 4 huge holes. It took them 2 months to repair the holes and when they came to putty the wall they left me a note that said, "I left you a piece of sandpaper to sand with." WHAT!!! Honestly this place is a joke. Management is horrible and it is a horrible place to live. Everything is falling apart and the appliances are older than I am. They want BIG bucks to live here but never want to fix anything when something goes wrong. If you decide to move here.....GOOD LUCK!!!
