I have lived at Stoney Falls for only a couple of months and can't afford to leave because when you leave you must pay 2 months rent all at once to break the lease.
When you sign up they ask if you will have pets. They will charge you $100 up front and a monthly fee as well. My Wife and I have pets but wouldn't have them here in Lexington so, we opted to save $100. Yeah right. my Sister in law came by one evening and stayed the night with us. They brought their Dog with them. Well, the next day while I was at work I get a call from Stoney Falls Management. "There was a dog seen going in and out of your apartment." Yes, that's right, that is my sister in-laws dog, they stayed the night.
I was charged $200...$200 freaking dollars for a dog in my apartment for one night. What happens if a neighbor steps in with there pet. Another $200. RIDICULOUS!!!
Another thing is our friend who talked us into moving in still doesn't have her referral $200. so, don't count on getting that either.
I'll be moving out as soon as I can.

For the $200, I'd complain to the BBB. Nor would I pay the $200. If you don't own the dog, they can't charge you for it. I lived there for a year and hated every minute of it.
