I would have had no problems if not for the staff. They are very friendly to you but slam you with extra charges like trash outside your door (even if someone layed it there other than you), i didn't get my lease paper copies back for like 3 weeks!!! They talk down to you and do nothing to help you. I had a problem with my cabinets in my kitchen and it took 2 weeks for them to fix. Several cars around mine had been broken into. Staff was very defensive and rude when asked them about certain issues with my apartment.
