I have noticed alot of improvements going on here at Stoney Falls, like new pavement on the parking lot, and it looks very nice, we got all new roofs as well and the apts were in need of those, looks nice as well.
I see Mr. Neace working on the property more often over seeing the contractors here, he is such a nice man, everytime I see him he is always sweet to me, which makes this older lady smile, I like the office staff they are always friendy, and I never have any issues with my apt. I will be resigning my lease.

I guess Stoney Falls has never heard of proper maintenance. If they had, improvements would've been made before there was a problem. They didn't decide to repair the roof, until it starting leaking and causing mold to grow in the apartments. What new pavement? All they did was airbrushed it black and repaint the parking spaces white. They didn't fill in the potholes. Also, when they make improvements they hire cheap labor. If they did it right the first time, it would save them money in the long run. |

Have you seen how creepy the cheap labor is. Every time I walk by I can feel their pervy eyes on me. Definately would not want to meet them in a dark alley. One day there was some guy on my 2nd floor patio when I got home, scared me to death. Maintenance didn't have the courtesy to let us know there would be people working on the patios. They could have walked right in my apartment and would have never known!!!!!!!! |

I lived by myself for 6 months and in the process of these "improvements" the illegal immigrants lived next door to me... all of them!! I was very uncomfortable walking my dog or leaving my apartment at all b/c they would stare at me the whole time (even stop what they were doing) I would've said something but i don't think they even spoke english.
