Me and my wife lived there for one year and hated it. The bad thing about it was that we had just moved here from Camp Lejeune,NC. So we really had no time to check the place out before movin in. To start the list when we moved in it looked like someone had an animal shelter in the apartment. The knobs on the sinks in the bathroom broke and it took 3 weeks to get them fixed. They replaced the knobs with more cheap equipment. When winter rolled around they sweeped the chimney out and soot was all over the place in my apartment and for some reason I had soot had prints on my new flat screen HDTV remote. The electric bills were outrageous! Can some one please tell me how you can have a $250 dollar electric bill in a 900sq. ft. apartment' You can put your hand up to the outlets inside and feel a draft coming through. Also, if anything that was damaged to the Apartment, the managers would overprice maintanence. If something small happened, they would charge for the whole room (carpet, flooring, ect.) Please revise your search and find something that will better suite you and your friends or families.
